Look N Smile Window Cleaning and Presure Washing started in 1995 by John McKeown as he really wanted to ensure excellent customer service was provided to all his clients from all his previous years expertise in the trade starting back in 1990. The name Look N Smile came from a Customer Experience he provided many years ago to an elderly client. She wanted a professional job and someone that she could trust coming into her own home so as he cleaned her windows on the outside she followed him inside and closely watched as he went from window to window to make sure a spot was not missed. After completing her windows, she thoroughly inspected each one and noticed his attention to detail and looked at him and smiled giving John the name of his company.

We continue making all are customers “Look N Smile” with the work we do and I, John McKeown, have taken pride since starting the business as my company has provided excellent Customer Experiences as we utilize best practices to ensure customer satisfaction. Word of mouth from each customer has helped us grow and because of that we have continued to succeed without advertising or marketing. I have only now started to build a website and ensure our logos are displayed on our vehciles to let more potential customers know, like the elderly lady, the great pride taken in the work we do!
